Naomi stepped out on Paris street in her tight-fitting and plunging black trench coat, which accidentally exposed a bit of her nipple. The supermodel stayed calm though as she walked down the street. Naomi was going to attend Jean Paul Gaultier Fall/Winter 2018 show when the incident happened. Apparently, Naomi didn\'t realize that her fabulous outfit revealed too much skin. She still looked stunning despite the wardrobe malfunction. The Vogue cover star completed her look with a pair of sunglasses, a matching black fan and a turban which covered her hair. However, a day before the unfortunate incident, the 48-year-old model and actress intentionally exposed her major underboobs in a semi-sheer dress at Vogue party. She became the center of attention thanks to her revealing outfit. This wasn\'t the first time the \"I Feel Pretty\" actress suffered a fashion faux. Back in 2015, one of Naomi\'s bare breasts were accidentally on full display when she was attending a huge house party along with Kate Moss at Madonna\'s home in London. She wore black pinstriped pantsuit paired with low-cut velvet top. Naomi was seemingly unaware of her exposed asset, as she appeared more concerned about keeping her balance when she stepped into her car with her ankle boots. In addition to Naomi\'s wardrobe malfunction at some occasions, the supermodel often risked a nip slip by not wearing a bra. She was almost topless in a navy gown by French design house Poiret when she arrived at the Cannes red carpet on May 14 in France.
